Customer Question

I have a grand 2,7 Cherokee overland 52 plate. It is in limp mode and just crawls along and will not change gear. If , when I turn the ignition on the indication lights on the gear changer are on I then know that the car is ok and will drive and change gear ok. If the lights do not come on I know it will be in limp mode. I have tried changing the ecu with no difference. I have been told it is the gear selector problem, but cannot find anyone who can repair it or where to get one. Any help ?
