Thanks Anne,

To make sure, this is the way your doing it?

Click Start, type devmgmt.msc and press enter

Expand internal CD\DVD driver and right click on the sub item and click Properties and then click DVD region.

In DVD region, select a geographical area and click Ok

Thanks Anne,

It really appears you have reached the limit, and that it is mis stating the amount of times you have left remaining.

but there is software to stop the need to do this

Download it free from here please

Click Me To View

Once downloaded, run the setup file which installs the software and leaves an icon in your task bar. DVD43 will run in the background and decrypt movies on the fly.

When your DVD reader is empty or the movie inserted is not copy protected, you'll see a yellow smiley face.

When a copy protected DVD or Region specific is detected, the yellow face will turn to a red devil face for a few seconds and then to a green happy face - which means it's ready to use in any program.

If you have any difficulties at all, please do not hesitate to let me know so I can assist you further

Thank you
