microsoft office 2011 mac keeps asking me to close down my proc mac because of erroe and I have to get remoted=s service on the case they cure and each it still happens can you help please?

Thank you for your question, my name is Richard.

Can you do the following please

On the desktop, click Go, and then click Home.

Open the Library folder, and then open the Preferences folder.

Open the Microsoft folder.

Locate and then select the Word Settings (10) folder.

Delete the folder

Drag the Word Settings (10) folder to Trash.

On the Finder menu, click Empty Trash.

Try to start Word for Mac again.
