Hi there,
I am Pete, a computer expert, and I'll be happy to assist with your question.

1. Can you please let me know what operating system is installed on the computer you are trying to install MS Office 2010 and MS Office 2013 onto?

2. Do any previous versions of MS Office exist on the computer?

3. Where did you purchase the software?

4. What is the exact message you get when you enter the product key?
