Reset Internet Explorer

Click the tools/Settings Wheel top Right

Click Internet Options >

Click the Advanced tab>

Reset >

Reset Again

And Restart Internet Explorer.

Hi James I have followed your instructions, however it has not resolved the problem. Thanks for the firefox link however, the computer which has the problem is not this one I am currently working on. its my spare computer. can you sent the fire fox link to the following email address:

Hi James, sorry in the delay in responding, the fire fox has worked I can now access the web pages, do you think I should delete internet explorer to the recycle bin, also how do I defrag the acer laptop, I cannot find the defrag setting in the programs or maintenance section on the acer, this acer has no antivirus would installing one help resolve some of the issues I am experiencing.


You can just leave IE on it will cause no Issues
to defrag
Click computer > right click the C:/ drive
click Properties > click Tool >Choose defrag
