Hi, and thank you for asking your question.

Are you using Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8 or 10?

May I set up a secure remote session to carry out a comprehensive cleanup of your system now?

Please reply back using the box below. Thank you.

A slow or unresponsive computer could have MANY MANY underlying issues.

Typically it is NOT a single cause, but a number of issues built up and causing a slow down.

Depending on MANY factors.....there are MANY different techniques and setting changes that can be done to Speed up and Optimize your machine.

But in order to do this.....I woudl need to have an in-depth look through your machine, to make sure there is not an underlying issue that is NOT fixable.....such as a hardware component that is starting to fail....or a Virus that is causing this.

Both of which are SPECIAL issues, and do not fall into the OPTIMIZING category.

A Remote Session would HAVE to be done for me to accomplish this.
