My I phone is model 5 and I understood that Apple was responsible for supplying I cloud storage. As I am unable to buy more storage I thought you could help. But it seems not. Each time I try to buy a message tells me that my password ***** ***** (same p/w that I gave to you). If we get over that hurdle will Apple take money using my card (you have the No).??

Where did you change your password *****?

Can you try changing it again:

  1. Sign in to your Apple ID account page.
  2. In the Security section, click Change Password.
  3. Enter your current password, then enter a new password ***** confirm the new password.
