Hi I wonder if you can help i'm trying to play a CD but it wont work no music

Customer: I'm not sure im not upto date with it it could be media player

Apart from the content on the CD are you able to hear other audio on the laptop? For an example if you visit YouTube do you have sound?

I don't hear anything

Based on your feedback either the machine is muted, drivers are not installed correctly or you have a faulty sound card. As you have requested a remote session i will set this up so i can review everything for you.
