How is it getting on?

It’s the same. It starts with a flashing of white and black barcode looking stripes and then just a plain screen which changes colour from white to black to red to green to blue and then black again with the barcode stripes flashing a few times

Ok, i would speak to the company you purchased it from, it will be under warranty and i believe they will replace this for you.
