Can you advise the fn. button required to be set to allow an HP laptop to connect to an Optoma projector.
JA: What Optoma model do you have? How old is it?
Customer: Not sure of model but installed in Church approximately 10 years ago.
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: No last laptop Lenovo functioned with projector but replacement 5yr.old Hp laptop will not interface.
JA: How long has this been an issue with your 5YR.OLD? What happened right before this?
Customer: Old laptop gave up the ghost unexpectedly
