JA: How long have you had your B50?
Customer: about 10 years approx.
JA: What have you tried so far with your Lenovo product?
Customer: gone into settings & made sure mike was on. still not working

Go to Device Manager and then uninstall Mic driver, then restart your computer and it will auto install the latest driver, then you can start using the mic.
