Now this
Expert:  ABDULRAMEESH PUTHANP replied 17 days ago.

It looks like the PC is not detecting your Harddrive.

And the PC is not able to read the operating system from the hard drive.

I am so sorry to say that the hard drive in your PC might be failed.

The mechanical hard drives in the PC tend to fail over time or due to some manufacturing defect.

What if I do recovery?
Customer: replied 17 days ago.
please can you send me suitable links
Expert:  ABDULRAMEESH PUTHANP replied 17 days ago.

If the hard drive is failed, recovery won't help.

We will have to change the hard drive and do the recovery after to get the computer working again.

Please wait. i'll send you the links.

Expert:  ABDULRAMEESH PUTHANP replied 17 days ago.

Please try the link below.

It is for an SSD. It will be 10 times faster and more durable than your old one.

https://www.amazon.co.uk/Samsung-Intelligent-Magician-Software-Internal/dp/B08PC5DKZQ/ref=sr_1_6?dchild=1&keywords=ssd&qid=1622987932&sr=8-6

Customer: replied 17 days ago.
This is what comes up on diagnostics
Expert:  ABDULRAMEESH PUTHANP replied 17 days ago.

It is the inbuilt disk check tool. It won't do any good if the hard drive is crashed.

It will just tell you whether the hard drive is failed or not.

Customer: replied 17 days ago.
163;100 is expensive any cheaper ones?
Expert:  ABDULRAMEESH PUTHANP replied 17 days ago.

You will get cheaper ones if you choose a lesser capacity.

Or you can go with a regular HDD. But it is not reliable as an SSD.

Okay thanks.how can I take all data out from the laptop? So that I don’t lose the content inside
Expert:  ABDULRAMEESH PUTHANP replied 17 days ago.

I am sorry to say this, but you lose all the data when the hard drive fails.

It is not possible to recover your data from it.

Customer: replied 17 days ago.
I have only had this laptop for just over 3 years. What is the cause of this?
Expert:  ABDULRAMEESH PUTHANP replied 17 days ago.
There can be many reasons. The best guess is overheating or accidental drops.
Customer: replied 17 days ago.
Is this any progress? Or does it change anything???
Expert:  ABDULRAMEESH PUTHANP replied 17 days ago.

It looks like the computer is trying to load the Windows.

But the hard drive still needs to be changed.

If you managed to load into Windows, you can try to save your data to an external drive.
