I installed "Any Weblock" and tested it on 2 sites, youtube

hi, i installed "Any Weblock" and tested it on 2 sites, youtube and facebook But ifound out that it blockes the sites from all windows user accounts, not just 1.
so i tried to go back in and remove the blocks and account bit it keeps saying incorrect password.
i know my password *****: Adam07 but no luck,...

Have you tried to uninstall the app and restart the computer?

It will be the remaining files and registry entries that are causing this.

Can you do the following please to remove this.

ok, Click Start, Computer

Than Organise (Top), Folder and Search Options

Click View

Click Show Hidden Files, Folders and drives

Untick Hide Extensions for known file types

And uncheck Hide Protected Operating System Files

Click ok.

Click Start

Type in Any Weblock in the search box

Wait for it to search and after the search finish, and delete all files listed.

Right click on the Windows Recycle bin and select empty the recycle bin.

then delete associated registry leftovers

Click Start
Type in regedit, and then click ENTER to open Windows Registry Editor.

Find out the below registry keys in the editor.
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Any Weblock 1.0.0)

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\program name)

(HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\eg ui)

Delete those registry keys by right clicking on them and select "delete".

Click Start, Computer

Look for and delete the below folders please

C:\Program Files\Any Weblock 1.0.0

C:\Document and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Any Weblock

C:\Documents and Settings\(Your USER NAME)\Application Data\Any Weblock

Restart your computer

i was trying it your way and 2 things
1- i cant find the "\eg ui" on the last registry item
2- i cant access "C:\Document and Settings\" even with using the main user account

Wh1at I could suggest you do is, factory reset.

performing reset will delete all third-party app on your computer.

  1. Select the Start button, then select Settings > Update & Security > Recovery .

  2. Under Reset this PC, select Get started and then choose KEEP MY FILES and choose local install

all third party apps? i have a ton of files and things downloaded.....
