I write on behalf of Mrs. Maureen XXXXXX regarding her ongoing problems with Talk Talk. Since November 2nd she has been without telephone and Internet service. Every attempt to contact Talk Talk is thawted for obscure reasons. THEY say there is no fault but she has no provider service, each time we attempt to contact them they advise us to use a most expensive phone line. Her home number is ***** We have exhausted all other avenues attempting to get put right that which is wrong. We are pensioners and to an extent rely on telephone contact. Can you please advise .
