Customer Question

I need a solicitor to read a 10 page document and sign to say that I have understood the document and scan/email it back to me.

Would anyone be able to do this today?

We are unable to do this for you on here because it is acting as a solicitor for you and we only answer questions, giving legal advice.

If you let us know what the document is, we can tell you whether a solicitor will do this for you quickly or whether it would take some time.

its an aggrement to terminate a contract of employment

appears that this is a compromise agreement. It needs a declaration by the
solicitor and it is not something that would be dealt with by this site.

whoever drafted the agreement agrees in it that they will pay the solicitor's
costs, which is usually a minimum of about £200 plus VAT.

the agreement that should be in there.

employment solicitor will usually be glad to do this for you, at short notice
if they have time available. Check the solicitors fee in the agreement and you
can tell the solicitor when you ring exactly what the fee is.

is a bit more complicated than reading the agreement and signing it, the
solicitor has to explain it to you and follow it up in writing.

whoever drafted the agreement does not agree in the agreement to pay the
solicitor's fees, you are faced with paying them and expect is pay between £200
and £300 plus VAT.

sorry that we are not able to deal with this for you, but it is simply not
something that this site undertakes.

bear with me today because I will be online and off-line

Can I help further?

The next
part is really important for me:

don't forget to positively rate my answer service (even if it was not what you
wanted to hear) and I will follow up any further points you raise for free. If
you don't rate it positively, then the site keep your deposit and I get 0 for
my time. If in ratings you feel that you expected more or it only helped a
little, please ask me for further info before rating me negatively otherwise I
don't get paid at all for my time and answer.
