How long has she been there?
Customer: replied 5 years ago.

She started work in September 2012

I am sorry to say unless she has been there for 12 months then she have very little rights and cant claim unfair dismissal.

They can dismiss for pretty much any reason as long as it is not on the grounds of race, sex, colour or reigion etc.

As such if they dismiss then only need to pay notice pay and accrued holiday.

Otherwise as she has not been there 12 months her employment rights are somewhat limited.

I am sorry if this is not the answer you are after but based on what you have said, this is the legal position.

Please remember to click *** OK SERVICE *** or above so that I am credited for my time. The question does not close and you can ask follow ups.
