I have received a letter via e-mail from our export sales director

Customer Question

I have received a letter via e-mail from our export sales director and our HR manager who are based in our manufacturing plant in France, I am one of three sales people covering the UK and my area is North East England, West and all of Scotland, I started with this company Sept 2011 and was on the road selling from October 2011, this area was never covered in the past(properly) and this role became new and I was given the job to cover these areas, our export sales director started working for us October 2012 and is trying to change things to quickly and I believe he just wants one person covering the UK and is looking to get rid of me one of the other sales team in UK has now been given Holland and South Africa to look after so he has moved one of us already, I don't have any HR help here in the UK as they are based in France and do not speak very good English hence no HR support, the letter sent reads below, don't get me wrong yes my sales figures should be better but I have grown this area by approx 110K in the time I have been here also the have not given me any targets for 2013 can you help / advise letter reads
Dear XXXXX, We did appreciate your participation to the Export Team meeting on the 29th January
As stated in our individual meeting we are very concerned about your insufficient results in terms of financial figures across your territory, of dynamism in the context of an home office position and of successful integration inside the Sedis process (what this means i have no idea) Therefore we inform you that we conduct by the 15th may a performance assessment and review your ability to meet your positions requirements
Like I say I think he is just been polite as of trying to get rid of me later in the year can you advise please
