Customer Question

i paid £200 for a meet and greet a band which also included merchandise which we would collect at the gig, i met the band a very swift move along.. move along attitude, then the next person could meet them, i was then passed a poster and 1 guitar pick and told everything else would be sent on to us, which included A SET OF GUITAR PICKS,A SPECIAL TOUR LAMINATE,VIP LANYARD AND AN UN SPECIFIED PIECE OF MERCHANDISE. we waited until june, i asked where our stuff was, i ALL STUFF WILL BE SENT AT THE END OF THE TOUR, we waited sent another mssg in september, still waiting for the un specified piece of merchandise before they could send out ALL the items, sent more mssgs every couple of months, they kept saying still waiting for un specified item, until recently when they said they were pleased to tell my poster, just a poster, nothing but a poster will be sent out to me.. totally not happy with that, i asked where was all the other stuff, their reply was thats all what was left over after the tour, i wrote again still not happy, their reply that time was the stuff was always available at the gig in May last year? where do i stand? it looks like they were just stringing me along ,can i get my money back ?? i just want the goods that were promised??

Hello and welcome to Just Answer.

My name is Alex and I'm happy to help with your question today.

This is breach of contract.

They have not kept to their side of the bargain to give you the merchandise.

You should tell them that you seek a refund on the ticket.

But realistically as you saw the gig and met the band who may not get everything back.

If they refuse to give you a refund you can sue them through the County Court.
