My mother and father where in court for a divorce on the 26 of february this year. My mother was awarded the house which is a joint tenency with the local housing department and my father was given 10 days to vacate the home the judge gave no prevision for my father to be rehoused can he appeal this decision as from saturday 9 march he will be homeless
