My ex who is a joint owner with me is wanting to remove me

Customer Question

My ex who is a joint owner with me is wanting to remove me from the mortgage, I have been paying CSA since I left in August 29th 2002, to the tune of £500 a month, she is claiming I have not contributed to the mortgage, but my CSA payments must have supported the mortgage payments she has now threatened that her and her new partner are taking me to court on PDPAC and CPR and I will have to pay all court costs if I do not remove my name from the joint mortgage and that I am entitled to nothing, is this true?
