my daughter was arrested when her husband after a dometic row reported she had driven the family car after drinking alcohol, he later found the car had been outside she had not and the car was in the drive outside the house he reported this to the police and charges were dropped. but while in custody she was finger printed, photographed and dna taken. What are her rights re having this info destroyed

When you say the charges were dropped, does that mean it was formally NFAed? That would be rare with a domestic.
