We have a will made by our stepmother leaving the majority

Customer Question

We have a will made by our stepmother leaving the majority to myself and 3 brothers.
Our father died 5 years ago, leaving all to our stepmother, understanding that she would leave most of it to us.
However she has named blood relatives (i.e. cousins) in the will to receive smaller amounts.
If this will was contested would the blood line be favoured?
the home which would be sold was our family home purchased by my father and real mother.

Thank you for your question.
If you and your siblings are receiving the bulk of the monies why do you wish to contest it?
