Customer Question

I have recently split from my husband after 6 years, when we married I owned a house
which I had bought with my previous partner and bought him out, the house remained in my name only even after I had remarried, I sold the house last year and received round 70,000.00 after all mortages and dispersments where paid. I have always earned more and therefore paid the majority of keeping the house afloat paying the mortage etc.
would this asset still be split 50/50 in divorce. My husband did not always work during these years and I also supported an extra son that came into this marraige
