Isnt it true that the Law Courts would find the following

Customer Question

Isn't it true that the Law Courts would find the following as facts in a court of law:
1. That a Complaints Policy exists (which it does in my organisation)
2.That there must be adherence to the need for a written response within a specific response period (Complaints Policy specifies 10 working days)
3.The courts would also look at the rationale for this 10 day period.
4. That a court would find that the policy had been breached if the written response had exceeded this period. (letters of complaint received by receiver on 31/10/12 and letter of response was dated 14/12/12).
