I had complained to the CSA that I see my 2 children between

Customer Question

I had complained to the CSA that I see my 2 children between 52 and 103 times per year but they believed my ex wife for some time that I was seeing them less than 52 times. Eventually after going to court the court believed me and my ex wife owed me £1300 due to me over paying. I have not seen this money at all. My eldest then stopped going to college and my son lived with my parents over the summer period and for about 10 weeks in total. I therefore did not have to pay my ex wife any CSA. My ex wife still owed me £1300 but my son returned to his mothers in September 2012. Due to her owing me this money and that my son was now back at his mothers neither of us chased the CSA. All of a sudden now in March 2013 I have been asked to complete a CSA form. Does this mean that they will back date what i owe from September and finally get my ex wife to pay back the £1300. Or will they not back date it as it has been 6 months?
