Customer Question

Hi I have been working for Royal Mail for nearly 11 years and am in processing at the moment but have been driving on overtime for the past few years my issue is that distribution have recruited new drivers which is threatening my chances of progressing into driving in the business also I was refused to be considered to join distribution and drive as processing would not release me as they had let too many workers leave through voluntary redundancies I feel that is not right on equality rights and discrimination rights ! Can you tell me if I have a case against my employer? Thanks
