Customer Question

The landlord locked me out from the business saying that he had sent a Section 25 notice and our time was up 1st April 2013. I had not received a Section 25 notice. The first I knew about it was when I tried to open the shop on the 10th April and a TORT notice was stuck to the inside of the window. I want to have the Section 25 notice declared invalid as I never received it until this week via email

Do you have a specific question?
Customer: replied 4 years ago.

How to format the request to the court to set the Section 25 aside/make invalid, and which type of court to submit the request to?

Also what is the possibility of success?

Also we noticed the Section 25 had a peculiar way in which the date was written 1 4 13

To the best of our knowledge this Section 25 was not served correctly

The TORT notice was not correct because it was not addressed to me, a copy was not sent to me. The landlord barred my access to the premises by demanding £180 to enter for 15 minutes although I was entitled to clear my goods and chattels from the property for a period of 14 days, and also charged me for adding a security device to his property after repossession; namely locks. I would like the TORT notice set aside or the 14 day time limit extended

This is not my area so I am going to opt out for another expert. There is
no need to do anything because the thread will be open to all experts. Please
