Customer Question

I signed up online to a 14 day free trial leading to a 12month subscription. The only option to pay was paypal. the sameday i cancelled with paypal.

After the free trial ended I recieved an email demanding the full amount 12 months, The company has agreed that they were informed that i cancelled thru paypal but because i didnt cancel thru their website i am still liable for the full amount.

Is this the case?

When you say you cancelled with Paypal, do you mean you didn't tell the trader at all please?
