Customer Question

My company has received 3 penalty charge notices by TFL due to payment supposedly being rejected by the card issuer ( Nat West bank PLC).
When we tried to log appeals online the system kept on crashing and we were advised to wait until it went to Northampton court and to then make a statutory declaration.
Now I have been advised that TFL to it reaching that stage that TFL had no obligation to deal with or accept my appeal.
I presented evidence from my bank stating that no requests for payment had been made against my account.
PATAS will not accept evidence there was any error by administrative staff as the letter imply s from Nat West Bank sent by recorded delivery.
In the interest of justice the case requires a review.
TFL will not and are under no obligation to deal with this case.
