Hi there,


Thanks for your enquiry.


I have noticed your other question also, so on the basis that your nearest relatives are your cousins, then it would be up to ANY of them (not necessarily the eldest) to sort out your funeral.


I would therefore recommend that you make a Will, and you can then appoint 1 or 2 of them to be your Executors, and it will then be the Executors job to sort out your funeral and deal with any monies you leave.
