Good evening, i am a beneficiary in a will along with the executor

Customer Question

Good evening, i am a beneficiary in a will along with the executor but the executor does not want me to have my share. it appears that the executor had joint bank accounts with the deceased but the deceased had dementia at the time of signing the joint accounts and didn't give power of attorney. am i still entitled as a beneficiary to have my share of these accounts?
