Customer Question

I have received a court order that says 'The Interim Third party Debt Order is discharged' does that mean that the application has been dismissed and I therefore don't have to worry about it anymore or that the debt has been dismissed?

Thank you for your question . My name is Jo and I will try to help with this.

Sorry for the delay you've experienced.

That order means that the Court has dismissed the instant application. So there is no third party debt order.

It doesn't mean the whole debt has been dismissed unfortunately although I do completely see why you wanted to check that!

Can I clarify anything for you?
