Hello, I am a mother of 5 children whose ages range from 10 yrs to 18 yrs. The 18 yr old is still in full time education. I have been married for 18 yrs and 5 months.
I would like some advise please on where myself and my children stand with regards XXXXX XXXXX of all kinds, should my husband and I separate. I have no clue at all and feel very confused as to what to do.
My husband is a partner in a business and brings a monthly wage home of £4700.00 although £2800.00 is brought home as cash dividends.
I do not work.

We own our own home, bought in 2006 for £315.000. we have no joint savings, however my husband has his own separate bank account of which he puts commission from some deals into it, but I don't know how much he has in it.
