We had to pay £140 for boarding passes at the airport with Ryanair even thouch we had tried to check in on line. They refuse to refund our money. We are elderly and this caused a lot of stress at the vairport and they would not let us board unless we paid this steep penalty which was not our fault. they have 3 pre-check in methods and none of them worked for us
