this is likely to be a breach of copyright and/or passing off. I think the reason
that they are getting away with it is quite simply that they have not yet been
found.

is no guarantee that the owner of the intellectual property will be the least
bit interested. You need to do some research and find out who the owner is
although, because this is in a different country, although they can still take
proceedings, they may be not that bothered in doing so because of the
logistical problems of bringing the action in another jurisdiction and then,
