Customer Question

I hope this is the right department for my question. My mum in law died living a will to her 2 sons for her property and any monies to be divided equally among them it has just come to light that a bank account in the ROI had 5 names on it, herself her deceased husband her 2 sons and my self. The letters my husband and I have received form the solicitor regarding the ROI account states that the 3 remaining survivors have an equal share to the money in the account. Now my brother in law has said that the letters sent do not mean anything and the will outrules the bank account.
