A large listed building on Land now owned by rich foreigner.
Estimated repair costs up to 2million

Cannot sell my property and move

Ridiculous political reasons stop them fro removing the obligation
which cannot be carried out

does the 106 agreement relate to the entire block of flats when the developer built them or is this in relation to planning permission you personally obtain for some work please? My assumption would be the former; could you kindly confirm for the avoidance of doubt?
