Three girls, both parents died intestate. Eldest daughter, after father has been dead 50 years, wishes to put a stone on his grave. Two siblings objecting to the wording. Process has begun, vicar contacted and stonemason. Both have agreed to engraving. Ledger agreement for grave in process. Sisters now challenging. Where does eldest daughter legally stand?
