If a judge in a divorce case had been aware of a fraulant

Customer Question

If a judge in a divorce case had been aware of a fraulant document sumitted in husbands documents would he have taken that into consideration when given wife a % . I got 30% of £11,000,000 and I know my husband has double that after 21 years of marriage . My solicitors had on numerous occasions said that I would get 40 45%. I signed as I was under a huge amount of stress and was aware my high blood pressure was at a dangerous level. My solicitors bill is £300,000 plus £50,0000 for accountants and charted surveyors. I since found that one of my husbands premises which he valued on his E form at over 2million pounds came back valued at absolutely nothing NIL Value and my solicitors did not even query it. When I asked about this they just said another one came in valued a million more I knew that would be the case as it had been expanded greatly. I have not signed the final court order as yet but I did sign a rough copy can I appeal ? I feel my solicitors did not deal with so many crucial points in my divorce but yet managed to run up an extortionate bill. I feel through their mishandling of this cases I lost over £700,0000 an want to now have I got a good case to take to the law society. The solicitor knew about the document that was forged written by my husband and signed by him with another persons. Name even the estate agents letter was forged by him. I feel I had a nice life style and it has been taken away because of a top solicitors negligence. I owe so much money now and I do not get a lump sum for 3 years I am 61 years of age and feel very let down by the law.
