hi I am 19yrs old and was employed by a dental surgery training

Customer Question

hi I am 19yrs old and was employed by a dental surgery training to be a dental nurse. I will have been there 1 year on 13th august but have been signed off work since the end of may with a suspected torn muscle in my knee, I get results of mri this Thursday. Last Tuesday I was asked to see them and they have terminated my contract because of lack of commitment because I have failed my exam 3 times while I have been off because of lack of hands on and not being able to be in surgery. the course I am on does not finish until the end of December, I have never been told that if I did not pass before the course finished I would loose my job or given any warning in fact I asked if my job was safe 2 weeks ago and was told it was secure and not to worry. feel very let down

It seems the professional has left this conversation. This happens occasionally, and it's usually because the professional thinks that someone else might be a better match for your question. I've been working hard to find a new professional to assist you with your question, but sometimes finding the right professional can take a little longer than expected.

I wonder whether you're OK with continuing to wait for an answer. If you are, please let me know and I will continue my search. If not, feel free to let me know and I will cancel this question for you.

Thank you!
