hi, I have been left with debts from previous marriage, which the courts adjudged should be payed from the house sale, but my ex stopped it being sold and then went bankrupt so they are all coming at me. what should I do, I cant go bankrupt as I stand to lose my job. they are all unsecured debts.
please help

On what basis are the creditors chasing you do the debt - are these all joint debts which you and your ex incurred? 2. How much is being claimed? 3. Do you own a house? 4.
