Hello, I am Law Denning and I am a practising solicitor. I have been an expert on this website in UK law since 2008. During that time, as you appreciate, I have answered thousands of questions from satisfied users on a variety of subjects.
Because we are all in practice with clients and court and other users, I might not always respond in minutes, particularly evenings and weekends. Please bear with me in that case. I will be online and off-line all day today.

It is my pleasure to try and assist you with this today. Please bear with me while I gather some further information from you in order for me to be able to advise you fully.

Could you explain your situation a little more?

A relative has called carer arranged cremation before death certificate issued...managed to get to hopsital first to get death certificate as deceased wanted buried..carer has conned all the authorities ...the deceased had dementia...carer said she had no family yet had met and spoken to them on numerous occasions...on day before death doctor said this relative's stats were all ok..just a wee crackle in her chest....yet 24 hours later death cert said pneumonia....carer was last person to visit cousin 2nd last person to visit was asked by nurse to coax her to eat and when she opened her mouth there was porridge in it since breakfast...had she inhaled this ...has carer done something....we do not know but there is so much more to this ie. a will.. ie an injunction served on our family stating we can't do A. B or C etc etc
