Thank you for your question.

In very rare cases, the court can disrupt or dissolve an adoption order. That related to children, however, and not adults, so there is no procedure for you to become unadopted I'm afraid.

There are other practical things you can do, however, such as change your name to your natural father's surname and he can make a will to include you in his estate as a legal daughter.

The adoption order can't be reversed however.

Please leave a positive response so that I am credited for my time.

So can my real dad, adopt me? as he has no will (at the moment) and has health issues

Expert:  JGM replied 4 years ago.
No he can't as you are an adult and adults can't be adopted.
