My child is 7 years of age and we found out she was allergenic

Customer Question

My child is 7 years of age and we found out she was allergenic on a holiday 3 years ago when she ate an ice cream with a nut topping in a mater of seconds she had broken out in a terrible rash I had priton on me and gave her a dose, I took her to hospital and she was fine. When returning I took her for a bllod test and the results where conclusive of a high rate of nut allrtgy. The doctor would not have gave me a epipin unless I asked for it even then he was reluctant to give it to me, saying that she would then been disabled. Is she entitled to any thing.?
