Are you saying an italian lawyer unqualified int eh UK has written this will for an English person. If the person is resident in the UK and the estate is here then that is not a good idea. It ought to be prepared y an english or scottish solicitor. The precise language and wording of the will is very important. Has it even been correctly executed , does this person know the rules for execution of English wills? , if the testator is resident outside the uk or the assets in the estate are based outside the uk then it might be different.
