Customer Question

Hello again,

I asked you a while ago about a problem I had with my dismissal from a tutor's post. I wrote a grievance letter explaining the points where they did not adhere to the contract we had and that I also had issues with discrimination. They finally replied to it two days ago offering me to meet in person in order to find a mutual solution. I would like to ask your opinion on whether I should take up that offer and with what evidence should I go to that meeting.
Thank you and looking forward to hearing from you.

Ben Jones : Hello, what would you actually like to get out of this situation?

Hi there

JACUSTOMER-kav2m56m- :

Thank you for your reply.

I am not interested to go back to working with them (if that is what you are asking). I would be interested in some kind of compensation both monetary and ethical. If they could learn something out of it and staff would stop treating colleagues like they did me, that would also be great.

Not sure whether, i need to go to that meeting with any amount in my mind. Should I calculate how much this dismissal costed me?

Thank you.

Hello, sorry I cannot access your history for the time being so cannot see what we discussed last time but can you please remind me how long you worked there for and when were you dismissed?
