Customer Question

my father died recently my brother & sister paid three thousand each to secure the purchase of my fathers flat in 2004.i have only just seen the will for the first time recently

as my brother & sister have a invested interest in the property is it not their responsibility

contribute to bills to aflat my father only owned 25% with an outstanding mortgage of

liable for any bills & mortgage payments attaining to the property

How much is the property worth?
Did they own as Tenants in common - each owning their percentage share - if so what is the actual division?
How is your fathers share disposed of under the terms of the Will?
What bills need to be paid?
Customer: replied 4 years ago.

they both according to will are to be given £3000 pounds for money

So the property is held in your fathers sole name and your siblings will get only a third share of the property with you?
