Good Evening, I am a multiplayer first-person-shooter online

Customer Question

Good Evening,
I am a multiplayer first-person-shooter online pc gaming enthusiast since 2008, and a member of a worldwide gaming platoon or clan. I spend a fortune on pc components and build my own gaming machines etc.
Recently I purchased the newly released PC game from Electronic Arts called Battlefield 4. After playing a total of about 38 hours of the multiplayer and during an admittedly rather lucky kill streak in a game, I was kicked from a server by a fairly new software countermeasures program employed by EA called Fairfight, after which I was unable to join any server. An email from EA followed a short time afterwards stating that I had violated EA's Terms of Service and was therefore banned from the multiplayer. I wrote an email to appeal, explaining that I had not made use of any hacks or cheats. They replied with a very impersonal email that their action was correct and the ban remains in place. I sent a further email requesting evidence of unfair play on my part and threatening legal proceedings, but have not yet had any reply. In the meantime I opened another account using a second personal email address but also in my name and using the same pc. This account was also banned very soon after starting to play the multiplayer, with a similar email notice as in the first case. I wrote an email once again in reply to that, requesting evidence and threatening legal action, upon which I received an identically worded reply I received in response to my first appeal. A third account was similarly banned.
I have built a good name and solid reputation as an honest player in the gaming community with my clan mates and a host of players. Also, close to £300 spent on the Battlefield 4 game is now of no use to me. Is there something that can be done?
