My late husband left the property we lived in to his grandchildren

Customer Question

My late husband left the property we lived in to his grandchildren on my death or on my leaving it permanently. I am wondering what the law is about my own family clearing my property out when I am gone. There is very little of my husband's things here so I am worried about my family's access after my funeral. My husbands trustees of which I am one, live in Nottingham therefore it is a question of keys to the property. Your advice would be much appreciated. thankyou
