Well my husband had an injunction placed upon him in the British courts to prevent him from working for another client. The injunction was placed upon him in December but was done so based on nothing but lies. We were about to produce our 3rd affidavit with our 2nd file of evidence and the claimant spoke to our lawyer and asked to keep negotiating by sending an email to request a 2 day delay. We did so and his lawyers rejected it. We couldn't send the evidence until 10 hours later because my husband was training. His has a direct access barrister only.

Hello my name is Alex and I will help you with this. Please note that I am a working Solicitor and may be on and offline as I have to attend Court and meet with clients, even at weekends. As such you may not get an instant response when you reply as this is not an ‘on demand’ live service, but rest assured I will be giving your question my immediate attention upon return. There is no need to wait here, you will get an email when I reply.

I see the expert has opted out. Do you mean someone was required to file evidence by a certain date and they were late?
